EmCell is a cell therapy centre at 40-A Metrolohichna Street in Kyiv, founded in 1994 and described as the first clinic in the world to specialise in fetal stem cell therapy. It runs its own GMP biotechnology laboratory and an ISO 15189-accredited clinical diagnostic laboratory for immunophenotyping and hormone profiling, supported by a cryobank of more than 20,000 stored samples. Alongside treatment of aplastic anaemia, diabetes, autism and neurodegenerative disease, it operates stem cell rejuvenation and anti-ageing programmes and exosome therapy.
