Clinic Introduction

Felix is a Canadian telehealth platform rather than a clinic with rooms; medication is dispensed by a partner pharmacy and delivered to the patient's address, with no storefront in Waterloo. Patients complete a written health assessment that a licensed Canadian practitioner reviews, usually within 24 hours, and no video or phone call is required. Weight management is its largest category, with generic semaglutide and other GLP-1 medications prescribed and shipped, alongside menopause, longevity biomarker testing, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, mental health and sexual health. Practitioners are licensed in the patient's province; the assigned practitioner is not named publicly. Felix serves eight provinces, excluding Quebec and the territories.
