Mayfield Clinic Cambridge
Clinic Introduction
Mayfield Clinic's Cambridge service is a private GP-led weight-management programme delivered from its Cambridge practice. Patients start with a 30-minute in-person assessment with a private GP, which may include blood tests, followed by review appointments every one to two months, which can be held by video. GPs may prescribe semaglutide (Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro) when clinically appropriate for adults with a BMI of 27.5 or above, always as part of a supervised plan, and the patient's NHS GP is informed. Support extends beyond medication to a clinical psychologist and exercise therapist. The Cambridge team includes Dr Antony Malloy, Dr Amanda Northridge and Dr Marcus Gleave, all experienced GPs.Visit & Service
