RoseBar is a longevity club inside the Six Senses Ibiza resort in the north of the island, about 35 minutes from the airport. Built on Dr Mark Hyman's functional medicine model and led clinically by medical advisor Dr Tamsin Lewis, it starts guests with a 45-minute wellness screening - bioimpedance, blood biomarkers, blood pressure, galvanic skin response, HRV, pulse wave and DNA testing - and builds a personalised three, five, seven or fourteen-day programme from the results.
