Clinic Introduction

TruMed is a naturopathic and functional medicine clinic in west-central Edmonton (11630 119 Street) run by four naturopathic doctors and a nurse practitioner. It is best known for IV therapy - NAD+ for mitochondrial and brain support, Myers' cocktail, glutathione and iron infusions - with more than 15,000 IVs delivered. Work-up relies on advanced hormone, thyroid, digestive and food-sensitivity testing, and the clinic also runs hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 60 or 90 minutes. The nurse practitioner handles prescribing, including bio-identical hormone replacement. Initial consultations run 30-60 minutes.
